We are currently recruiting for one of the countrys leading health care providers catering to referrals who suffer from Autism, Learning Disabilities and other Complex Mental Health Illness. They seek someone brilliant to step in to the role as a Support Worker and improve the quality of life of a wide range of people.

Role Responsibility

  • You´ll be providing support for day-to-day living, such as social activities, sports and hobbies, employment, holidays etc.
  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (on a rota basis).
  • Having a caring a committed nature, always putting the referral first.
  • To support Residents to participate in the Homes activities programme with both internal and external activities.
  • Occasionally you may be asked to work a shift at a nearby service if a staffing need arises.


  • You will be given the option to work with a referral that best suits your talents, whether this be a fast pace home with more self-sufficient referrals or someone more physically challenged who requires more hands-on support due to reduced mobility.

The people our client support live in homely, family-like residences, and are encouraged to participate fully in the local community. You will be expected to help them to carry out a transition into their community as well as help them to express themselves and their individuality.
