Student Experience Administrator Grade 5

Company: University of Liverpool    Location: Liverpool
You will provide a high level of administrative support for Student Experience and Education activity across the Faculty. Reporting to the Faculty Student Experience Manager, you will also provide PA support for the Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Education. The role will involve liaising and networking with other professional services and academic staff across the Faculty and the University as well as with external contacts. You will be the recognised point of contact for enquiries related to this area of activity and will be expected to manage these queries directly and prioritise actions.

You should have relevant experience gained in a higher education environment or a similar large, complex organisation and 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. The hours of work are 28 per week to be worked over four or five days including a Friday.
