Job Title Debt collection Agencies & Debt Suppliers Audit Manager
Barclays are recruiting for a permanent Debt collection Agencies & Debt Suppliers Audit Manager which is a BA4 level role, one corporate grade below Assistant Vice President level.
Working as part of the External Relations Team, the Audit Manager role will involve travel between both Barclays sites in Kirkby and Manchester and off site locations.
The role holder will be responsible for completing Audit activities involving Customer Outcome testing framework, including identifying possible customer detriment, managing remediation of issues & completing reporting documentation & thematic reviews. These Suppliers & third parties work in relation to debt recoveries and will involve reviewing their policies and procedures in relation to internal Policy & industry regulations such as financial conduct authority, Office of Communication & Lending standards board requirements. This role covers reviewing all Products our Suppliers service under Barclays Financial Assistance (Barclays, Barclaycard, Business Partner Finance & Barclays Commercial Payments)
We are looking for someone who is able to work with numerous internal and external stakeholders and have an ability to establish relationships. Being confident with both verbal and written communication you will be understanding and interpreting both Barclays and third party policies. You will be expected to have attention to detail and have a proactive and organised manner to drive things forward.
