Role: Dealership Secretary/Administration Manager
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £21,000
Hours: Monday – Friday


This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious family run dealership in Liverpool. They are well established market leaders suppling high quality vehicles to the North West. We are looking for an experienced Secretary/Administration Manager to join and contribute towards their first class service.


Your role as a Secretary/Administration Manager within the dealership:

  • Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Dealing with post
  • Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Photocopying and printing
  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • Experience as a Secretary/Administration Manager
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised
  • Time management
