The Faculty of Health and Social Care are seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant who will work closely with the Faculty administrative team. The position is the hub of the Faculty and offers a responsive service, acting as the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors.
You will have a good standard of education and hold 5 GCSE’s or equivalent. You will have experience of reception, general office work and administrative processes with a high level of oral communication skills. You will be well organised, self-motivated, and able to pay attention to detail and be able to work effectively with others as a competent team member.
