Ifa Administrator - Liverpool

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join Police Mutual, on a permanent basis, located at our Liverpool office.

Within this role you will provide a high quality administration and support service to the Independent Financial Advice team.

In this role you will

Provide an efficient and high quality administration support service to the Financial Planning team

Work closely with the IFA Team Manager to ensure the present and future needs of the business are met

Work closely with the Financial Planning team and Providers to collate information that facilitates the production of high quality client reports and recommendations

Complete all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner meeting agreed service levels/standards.

Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts

Assist in the production of Management Information as required.

Ensure that activities is undertaken in a compliant manner and that the principles of TCF are evident in all member interactions.

Assist in the implementation of TCF by ensuring respect for customers and employees occurs at all times, that the Society has fair and ethical business processes, and that people are empowered and motivated to deliver fairness

What we need from you

Business and workflow planning

Regulated financial services administration and adviser support experience

High Level of awareness of retail investments, pensions and protection products

Telephone skills

Ability to deliver to agreed personal targets

Strong decision making to aid client experience

Experience and understanding of affinity relationships
