You will be genuinely interested in a career in child care and have the passion and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding child care by complementing our existing team of child care practitioners.

About our London Harlesden Nursery

Treetops is now part of the Busy Bees Nurseries Group. Treetops Harlesden Day Nursery and Preschool sits in a one-storey purpose-built building just off Longstone Avenue in residential Harlesden. Our children enjoy a safe and secure environment in gated grounds and backing onto the open green spaces of Roundwood Park. We are well connected for public transport with the 226 bus stop a 5 minute-walk away running between Golders Green and Ealing Broadway Station. Other major bus routes can be accessed on Harrow road, a short 10 minute-walk from Treetops Harlesden. Willesden Junction station for Central rail services between London Euston and Watford is approximately 6 minutes by car. The majority of parking nearby is for residents with parking permits with a small offering of pay-and-display bays available. Our passionate childcare team cares for children between the ages of 12 weeks and 5 years.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.

You need:
Experience within a private day nursery (Desirable)
A willingness to undertake relevant childcare qualifications in the future (Desirable)
A passion for child care and a genuine interest in child development
