To succeed in this role, first and foremost, youll need excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Youll have the ability to build relationships with internal managers and external agencies. Youll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment at the cutting edge of industry technology. You will be highly analytical and be able to create innovative solutions to translate complex data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.

You will manage CRM for four very different brands, Gatwick Express, Southern, Thameslink and Great Northern.

Key roles and responsibilities

Managing email campaigns and communicating Govia Thameslink Railways four brand voices through email marketing.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders , showcasing the specialist knowledge of the digital team and wider Marketing & Communications Function.

Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.

Working collaboratively within the digital team and wider business

Analysis of current email campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

A/B Testing on various email marketing campaigns to establish efficiency & efficacy.

Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and contribute to single customer views.

Reporting on sales revenues generated through ECRM campaigns.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Manager to develop a clear CRM strategy.

This role will be based at Monument Place, adjacent to Monument Tube Station and only 10 minutes walk from London Bridge mainline station.
