Finance Administrator - Full Time - WimbledonCompany:
Our Head Office based Finance team hums with productivity all day long. We are currently looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail to join the team that are responsible for managing the core treasury function.
Your initial focus as an Administrator Finance will be on daily reconciliations of store cash and card bankings. You will also be the main contact for cardholders under the company credit card scheme and suppliers using our Dynamic Discounting platform
What will you do?
Importing daily store data into SAP
Monitoring, investigating and reporting anomalies
Flagging of missing store data with IT
Extracting electronic bank statements
Importing daily bank data into 2 systems
Reconciling 3 bank accounts daily
Following up outstanding queries and issues
Creating differences reports and distributing to strict deadlines
Acting as point of contact for cash queries and Cash in Transit matters to internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with internal and external partners
What will you need?
Previous junior accounts experience
Strong numeracy skills
Professional and effective communication skills with a customer service focus
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
Good working knowledge of Excel required (intermediate level)
Previous experience of working with SAP (desired not essential)
