On/Off Boarding Recruitment Administrator

To independently provide transaction processing services to one or a number of Sopra Steria Recruitment clients.
Process work in line with Sopra Steria Recruitment agreed client requirements specific to candidate vetting, referencing and resourcing procedures.
Maintain accurate record keeping adhering to client and Sopra Steria Recruitment compliance requirements ensuring the company fulfils its auditable responsibilities.
Liaise with external and internal parties specifically in support of meeting client, candidate or contractor requirements.
Process work to the defined level of quality, sensitivity and strict timelines.
Resolve queries and escalate as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group) and log if appropriate.
Distribute information as and when required, feeding into client or Sopra Steria Recruitment reporting requirements.
Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
Maintain and update information held on Sopra Steria Recruitment databases
Support line management on profiled pieces of work, which typically involve a broad set of internal stakeholders adding value to standard operating procedures or client requirements.
Proficient on Excel and MS Office
Able to work in a team or other structured environment
Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
