We´re looking for a Junior Process Expert to join our Finance Shared Service Centre. In this role you will look at process improvements, best practice and new system implementation supporting on a wide range of projects.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will provide support for the regional process expert in the implementation of globally defined processes, best practices and new systems (to be handed over to process team lead, once operational) and will contribute to the completion of testing cycles
You will Identify and implement process improvements and share results with process communities and GPMs as well as troubleshooting issues in the shared service centre operations, driving resolution of open Hub tickets with IT
You will also set-up and lead trainings for new and/or existing processes/systems

Good knowledge of SAP/SAP ByD, ideally with IT background
