My client is a leading company in their field and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Executive.
Typical duties will involve phoning existing, lost and confirmed new business customers (no cold calls and no B2C calls) to advise them of promotions, take orders, increase wallet share and advise of any price changes.
Working Monday to Friday, 40hrs/wk (working hours 08:30am to 17:30 finish) the role will involve making around 40 B2B calls per day, phoning existing, lost and new leads to take sales orders and gain further customer details.
You will be willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers, by being a team player who is proactive in their approach.
You must have at least one year´s experience of sales either face to face or via the telephone. You will be a confident, polite individual and you will be professional in all aspects of your work.
