The Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP), established in April 2016, is the body that is overseeing devolution and transformation of health and social care services across Greater Manchester, taking charge of the £6bn health and social care budget.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to play an active role in supporting this work and as an advocate of change, lead the development of Greater Manchester performance frameworks for Adult Social Care. This is a new role that has been created to facilitate and share Greater Manchesters views of Adult Social Care performance, transformation and operations.

You will work across both the Business Intelligence and Adult Social Care Transformation teams, with a strong focus on collaboration. A key part of the role will be to work with key stakeholders across the region to enhance our ability to understand Adult Social Care operations and work with the Business Intelligence Team to develop new and innovative ways to present information.

To meet this challenge, you will have strong political awareness with the ability to form exceptional working relationships required to support change. You will be passionate about the potential these opportunities can bring with a commitment to making a difference through the utilisation of evidence to influence decision making. Ideally you will have experience and/or an understanding of adult social care and related areas however it is the performance framework development and analytical experience that we seek with transferrable skills from analogous roles within the NHS, local government, social housing, not for profit, management consulting or private health and social care sectors.

Interviews are anticipated to be held on Monday 5th February 2018.
