Hr Administration Apprentice

Company: Well Pharmacy    Location: Manchester M3
Main Duties:
Completion of all assigned administration activities accurately and on time, in line with relevant policies, processes and procedures - Including administration of colleague records, in relevant HR systems.
Production of correspondence including offer letters, contracts of employment etc. to quality standards and within set timescales.
Responding to queries from managers and colleagues, providing an efficient and customer focused service, achieving first point resolution as far as possible.
Call handling first point query resolution.
Payroll administration timesheet corrections and adjustments.
Close collaboration with other teams to ensure new starter setup and document management. Right to work and other pre-employment checks, working pattern and timesheet creation for first pay-day.
Calculation and administration of regular and one-off payments.
