We are looking for someone who is the front of the guest experience, to ensure an efficient and effective operation within our boutique hotel after hours - usually between the hours of midnight and 7am. You will be required to operate the front desk computer systems, complete administration and audits, meet and greet guests as well as undertaking various ad hoc duties in our bar and conference areas, which include cleaning and preparation for the following day.
Our teams work hard to ensure that ‘excellence is a habit’.
Ideally you will be SIA trained, but full training would be provided for the right applicant.
We are therefore looking for someone who can demonstrate the following attributes and skills
You must also have experience in a similar role, and a real ability to plan and organise your workload.
