Service Administrator

Company: Brook Street    Location: Salford
This company in Salford have a busy Service Department and now need someone who has a good knowledge of computers to join the team. Part of your role will involve greeting people in reception so you should have great customer service skills and like dealing with people. The job itself will involve: Answering calls Booking customers equipment into service Emailing customers with updates Arranging collections and deliveries using DPD service Communicating with technicians Completing Marks and Scratches and Data protection sheets for equipment received It is preferred that you have a full and valid driving licence as on occassion you may be asked to deliver urgent equipment back to a customer. A vehicle will be provided for this.
