Purchase Ledger Manager

A leading property business with a sizeable commercial portfolio requires a Purchase Ledger Manager to join the team on a permanent basis

Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the day to day activities of a team of purchase ledger clerks

Provide KPI and ad hoc analysis to improve efficiency´s

Continuous review and analysis of process improvements

Stakeholder management

Respond to and resolve queries

Month end reconciliations

Conducting periodic 121s and appraisals.

The Successful Applicant

Have recent knowledge of managing a team - Essential

Have excellent Purchase Ledger knowledge - Essential

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential

Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential

Property sector experience preferred
