The main purpose of the role will be to work productively and professionally, providing administration support for the contact department in a demanding environment.

Duties include:
To action and take ownership of work presented to you.

Monitor and update accounts with accuracy.

To ensure that the companies defined processes are followed.

Ability to work well in different areas of the Administration & Correspondence department.

To maintain accurate and current customer records.

Answering telephone calls and making legible notes on account screen that corresponds with customer & colleague conversations, where necessary.

To maintain department standards on a day to day basis on number of accounts worked, and deadlines adhered to.

Flexible approach to work/ enjoys doing different tasks.

To act within legislation and codes of practice.

To action all post received daily on accounts.

Working to deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction.

The successful Administrator should have:
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent telephone manner

Take a proactive approach to dealing with workload

Good typing skills

Excellent Organisational Skills

Salary: £18,000

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a successful Credit Reference and a Basic DBS Disclosure check.
