As a Business Relationship Manager, your role will be to ensure that the Homes financial, administrative and HR databases are accurate and up to date. Youll be responsible for providing the Home Management with all appropriate information as required, and ensuring all payments are made on time.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from future residents and facilitate the assessment of these prospective residents to determine if we can meet their individual needs.
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, youll have considerable experience in a customer service environment, as well as supervisory experience within an administrative setting and debt management. You will have good IT kills along with a basic knowledge of management accounts and handling petty cash together with accuracy and planning skills.
