Ticket Fulfilment Agent

It´s an exciting time of year for events! The Ticket Fulfillment Department will be dispatching tickets for many live music, theatre, sport and entertainment events. Ticket Fulfillment Agents will be responsible for the fulfillment and dispatch of customer orders, against event specific deadlines.

Ticketmaster, is part of Live Nation Entertainment which is the worlds leading live entertainment company comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, LN Media and Artist Nation Management .

This position is offered on a fixed term contract starting April 2018 for 3 months (possibility of working until end of August 2018)

Responsibilities

Responsible for packing various types of tickets into envelopes ready for dispatch (can be paper, plastic cards or fabric wristbands)
Utilizing different types of envelope/stationery based on ticket types and dispatch timeframes.
Visually checking customers order details and allocating correct tickets to each envelope.
Ensure all relevant inserts are added accurately to each order.
Recording ticket numbers when required, for allocation sheets.
Matching customer address labels to the correct orders and attaching these to envelopes.
To ensure a high level of accuracy at all times, to ensure customers receive the correct tickets via the designated postal method.
Carefully handle ticket stock, ensuring any remaining is stored securely or handed to a Supervisor.
Visually check customer addresses and report any obvious errors to the Ticket Fulfilment Administrator
Report any visible errors on ticket stock to the Ticket Stock department.
Log details of batches worked on to provide full audit trail.
Hand over completed batches to the designated area to be quality checked, in good time to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
Manage work time effectively, working in event priority order, and flagging completed urgent work to a Supervisor to ensure same day dispatch.
Assist with Quality checks, label printing, data entry tasks when required.
Manual handling of individual boxes containing envelopes, tickets, leaflets.
To assist with any other task as required by Management.

Full Time work available, working hours are Monday Sunday between 7am-11pm
