Apprentice Office Assistant - Insolvency Team

Company: Begbies Traynor Group Plc    Location: Manchester M3

Main duties:

  • Collating and issuing documentation
  • Photocopying
  • Recieveing and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing support for the team required
  • General administration duties inc raising purchase orders, invoicing, filing and archiving
  • Call handling
  • Collection and delivery for post insolvency teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work to deadlines and on own initiative
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Abitliy to adapt to differenc situations
  • Confident in administration tasks
