Job Summary :
The position is responsible for the UK and Irish market development and growth of Sanitaire TurboMax p roduct sales & services into the industrial and municipal water and wastewater markets .
The incumbent will be tasked with identifying & exploiting sales, opportunities, applications and support for all products and services available through Xylem Water Solutions UK Ltd (Cross Selling)
Essential Duties/ Principal Responsibilities : To grow the sales of the Xylem Sanitaire TurboMax air blower product portfolio and services w ithin the industrial and municipal water and wastewater markets.
Work with the UK Treatment sales t eam along with the generalist external sales teams to ensure above market growth rate s within the identified markets.
To develop , apply and grow a sustainable Aftermarket & Service p lan that supports the product portfolio and mirrors the best practise created in other areas of Treatment and meets the clients needs and expectations.
To develop and maintain existing / new customers and work in partnership with them to ensure maximum potential gain in share of wallet.
Work to position the portfolio well in respect of framework opportunities and other term supplier agreements.
Analyse sales data and arrange your activities in accordance with needs to grow the business within your identified areas of responsibility.
To liaise closely with other Area Sales Managers and Fi eld Sales Engineers to ensure cross-communication of ideas and successes and, where appropriate carry out joint visits to support Field sales Engineers to gain incremental busin ess.
To develop an Annual Growth Plan identifying strategic and financial goals for all Sanitaire TurboMax and services demonstrating how these will be achieved.
To produce timely and credible for ecast information for Treatment sales and ensure key metrics and KPI are met and communicated.
To assist the sales team in proactively working to investigate and resolve account conflicts and escalate where necess ary within the Treatment Dept.
To identify, deve lop and support any alliances / agreements with Main Contractors and/or JVs to gain leverage for products and / or services.
To establish and develop contacts within all levels of the c ustomers including high level , to meet, or arrange meetings for others, with these contacts such that our business direction and growth opportunities are identified and exploited.
Any other duties, within your capabilities, as required by Management

Qualifications: Education , Experience , Skills , Abilities , License/Certification :
Required Qualifications: Must demonstrate a proven track record of a successful Sales role over a 5 year sustained period in air solutions/h andling or associated market. Experience of operating in a matrix environment. Must have a good understanding of Windows based computer programs, in particular Excel. Coaching and Mentoring skills. Presentation skills - preparing and delivering to all levels to internal and external audiences. Additional Information:
No physical demands are required to carry out the role, sufficient vision is however necessary to drive a car and operate a computer (with glasses if necessary). Role will involve staying away from home occasionally.

This role is an external role supporting both UK and Irish customers and will req uire travel and may include overnight stays.
