Accounts Assistant - Vehicle Ledger

We now have an opportunity within our Corporate Finance team for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing team, based at our Head Office in Annesley, Nottingham.

As an Accounts Assistant, your main responsibilities would be conduction daily reviews of vehicle ledger creditors, checking and processing vehicle ledger payments, vehicle ledger cash postings. The role would also include maintenance of reconciliations and month end reporting.

In addition to this, the Accounts Assistant would be need to support the accounts team in their daily activities, as well as other adhoc duties that may be required throughout the wider Corporate Finance office.

Applicants for the Accounts Assistant vacancy must be computer literate and be able to work well on their own initiative. A positive and diligent attitude is required as is attention to detail, however experience is not essential since full support and training will be provided.
