Overview of the role
The quality framework has been developed to transform quality in Global Brands and be part of the engine for growth of our business. It introduces the concept of right quality which ensures that we have the right standards for Quality, Safety, Regulatory and ethics across our business to drive a consistent level of risk management and efficiency through the development of global standards and processes and deliver more consistent quality to consumers.
To support the delivery of the framework a comprehensive transformation programme has been developed covering; alignment of global quality processes, consistent management of risk globally, the implementation of a global QMS, the roll-out of consumer relevant quality and the development of quality capability across the business. This programme is now in delivery mode, so additional support is required to ensure the effectiveness of our implementation is maximised.
This exciting new role, reporting to the Quality Transformation Lead will support the delivery of both quality transformation and the global quality framework.
The role holder will provide quality expertise for the programme and help to shape on-going training requirements to help build quality capability.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the delivery of quality transformation, providing input into both technical content and new ways of working.
Support the quality work stream leads and their teams and provide support with technical and/or capability issues or difficulties to unblock and enable project delivery
Lead for the delivery of some key transformation projects eg CRQ.
Support the development of Quality capability across the business by planning and coordinating all the relevant training and training tool development to deliver quality transformation.
Deputise for the quality transformation lead as required to support the wider PDSS programme or other CI activities.
Our Ideal Candidate
Graduate calibre with a minimum of 5 years experience in an expansive Quality role. Ideally in a global organisation.
Experience of successfully managing high profile, complex projects, working cross functionally with a proven track record of delivery.
An excellent communicator, building relationships with internal stakeholders across cultural, geographical & language barriers.
A strong influencer with drive and tenacity to enable change within the Quality organization.
Have a strong business focus to deliver pragmatic solutions that enable the business and drive value.
