Siemens Operational Services, based at Central Park (Nottingham)is the home of smart metering services, water metering, large scale network metering and commercial & industrial usage management.We have been delivering these services for over 20 years and are now startingan exciting new phase of our development; participating in the governments national smart meter implementation program effecting every household and business in the UK.
We are on the lookout for a Customer Delivery Manager who will work within our Data Processing department. This senior position will be primarily focused on; understanding, prioritising and working with our corporate energy clients to ensure that they requirements and needs are met, as well as dealing with any escalations which arise.
For this role we require someone who is comfortable in a customer facing position as you will be required go out and visit our corporate clients around 3 times per month which are located throughout the UK. In addition to this, you will also create performance packs for our clients which will include information such as monthly review documentation and governance documents. As our Customer Delivery Manager you will:
- Manage the relationships with our corporate energy clients
- Create bespoke performance packs for our clients
- Regularly meet our clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met
Candidate Someone with/who:
- Client relationship experience is essential - the ability to prioritse needs and requirements
- Experience of the electricity market - understanding of data retrieval
- Someone who has appreciation for data analysis
- High level of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong commercial and business acumen
