Administrator Apprentice

Company: Unique Insurance Services Ltd    Location: Nottingham NG7
Duites include:
  • Will be front of house so will be dealing with any walk in clients
  • Dealing with any incoming calls and delegating to the relevant person/department if receptionist is busy
  • Ad hoc duties include but are not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing, filing and organisation of the office etc
  • Will be doing some soft selling, client will come in to the office to start insurance cover, you will need to go through the quotation to ensure this policy is correct and then will look to incept the cover
  • Once incepted you will be required to sort out and make the policy documentation for the client which must be emailed and/or posted to the client
  • Payments will be dealt with senior staff members until candidate is confident and comfortable in the role
  • Will be doing various administration works for senior management if and when required
