Office Manager

37 hours per week based at Harvey Road, Bilborough, Nottingham NG8 3BB

We are looking to appoint a permanent Office Manager who will report to our Head of Service and support the wider Senior Management Team. This opportunity will offer you breadth of experience and you will be pivotal to the smooth running of the function.

You will help shape and manage a group of office professionals that provide a variety of data and key information on all operational activities and lead, develop and drive business improvements. You will organise and distribute information, monitor performance and trends, and continually develop a function that effectively meets the needs of our business.

You will be expected to meet with senior management who are responsible for delivering services, map their information requirements, and provide advice and guidance in relation to performance. The role will require you to collate, interpret and present reports and data either in a written, or verbal format, in a concise and clear professional style to the Divisional Management Team. You will also play a part in monitoring the quality of services delivered by the team you manage, assisting with the introduction of a performance management framework.

Your application should highlight where you have combined your operational knowledge and familiarity of managing diverse environments. This position will require you to attend site meetings, and as such a driving license and access to a vehicle would be desirable, but is not essential.
