Financial & Admin Services Manager

The client is a significant and growing employer who hold a market leading position. Theirs´ is a vibrant and exciting environment providing a setting where employees are encouraged to contribute and participate in delivering and shaping outcomes.
Thus the creation of this role. A large SSC made of its´ component parts operates successfully in delivering the results the group needs but as in many instances the dialogue and connectivity can be lost due to pressures of the day job. This role has been created to afford a linkage across the departments and identify areas of improvement in communication and identify solutions to any bottlenecks to facilitate enhance performance and outputs of the overall department.
So who are we after? Clearly, a great communicator, organiser and a people centric individual. Above and beyond that we will need someone who has blend of project management skills, work flows and IT systems and processes. The likelihood is that you will have a background in a larger business and very probably in a shared services centre and be able to bring the best practices to share to achieve the outcomes sought.
You may be a qualified accountant but equally you are likely to be a business and IT all rounder.
