Contact Centre Retention Inbound Team Leader
We have a fantastic opportunity to join Pendragon PLC, the largest and leading automotive retailer in the UK, within our Central Contact Centre.
Based at our Head Office in Annesley, the Contact Centre Retention Inbound Team are responsible for engaging with our existing customers booking appointments for them upon request and promoting our additional products. You will report into the Aftersales Campaign Manager on a secondment basis and have a clear demonstrable track record of performance management through an effective coaching & leadership style within a challenging service environment.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate, performance manage, develop and motivate a team in a fast paced, busy environment to meet or exceed service levels, targets and objectives in line with Company procedures. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective coaching and development to ensure that the team delivers excellent customer service at all times.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in Performance Management
Be able to motivate a team
Work in a fast paced, busy environment
Deliver against targets and objectives in line with company procedures
IT skills, Microsoft Office
