Outline of role

What we look for in our Store Managers in a Prestige Store goes beyond just great management skills. We want people who can bring inspirational leadership to their store, motivating every person who works there to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your beauty and fragrance expertise will enable you to beat targets and competitors. Your passion for our products will be visible for all to see due to the excitement and theatre you create, making your store a destination place to shop!

Your team will have on trend and expert knowledge through your great coaching skills that they will share with customers in order to increase sales and profit.

Person specification

To come on board as a Superdrug Store Manager in a Prestige Store you will have the following experience:

Working as a large store manager or area manager within the beauty or fragrance industry

Able to deliver results through a management team

Ideally had experience of managing 50+ team members

Managing concessions

Management of financial performance

Delivery of outstanding customer service

Delivery of operational standards

Maintenance of shrinkage and cost management

Driving and delivering store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

People development, recruitment and succession planning
