We have a really exciting opportunity within our E-Commerce Team for a Web Administrator based at our HQ in Shirebrook, Mansfield


As part of the Website Administration Team, you will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day customer queries in relation to products, information and website troubleshooting as well as assisting other areas of E-Commerce as per the needs of the business.

Key Aspects of the Role:

Responding to customer queries via email in line with set KPI’sDealing with general user queries relating to the website and liaising with internal departments where necessaryProviding advice and finding solutions for website issues in a timely mannerSome administrative duties to be included as per the needs of the business

Essential Skills:

  • Customer Services experience
  • Excellent communication skills (particularly written)
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelTo be able to balance a work load according to the needs of the business

Desirable knowledge and experience:

  • Fluency in foreign languages
  • Experience of retail/e-commerce
