Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity that has become available for an Office Administrator

This is a permanent role with for the right applicant. This is based in Sheffield S9 area.

Job role and responsibilities:
  • Friendly and hardworking
  • Hours will be 9AM until 5:30PM
  • This job is Monday to Friday
  • Must have had Admin Experience
  • Must have had Experience for inputting data
The role includes;
  • Date entry
  • Inputting data
  • Scanning paperwork
  • Chasing paperwork from suppliers & marking it all off
  • Microsoft Excel & Word skills.
  • Basic office administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Filing of records and other basic office administrative duties
