Part-Time Temporary Contract

We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based at our New Era student accommodation site in the centre of Sheffield, on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months. Hours are negotiable we are flexible on how these are spread throughout the week.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

  • To carry out high quality administrative duties in a timely manner and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the site.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service to the team.
  • Input of information onto B&K standard construction industry contract documentation packages (Procore).
  • Production of minutes, notices, information, newsletters and letters.
  • Support in the completion and updating of live contract documents.
  • Supporting meetings and events: planning, rooming, greeting visitors, taking minutes and following up actions.
  • Logging and registering goods in and out of site.
  • Support of core site functions and any other duties such as filing, photocopying and managing consumables and hospitality.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role.
  • Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, as well as an ability to adapt to use of new systems.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Minimum of Maths & English GCSE grade C.
  • A team player who is able to accommodate a certain level of flexibility, in line with requirements of the site team.
