Administrator/planner

To support this success and growth into new business avenues, we are now recruiting for our office in Renishaw, Sheffield.

We are looking for candidates who are looking to develop themselves into a Planning/operational capacity, someone who is looking for a career development plan and the opportunity to grow with the business.

Job Requirements (Short Medium Term)

Be fully IT computer literate;

  • Process & Allocate incoming orders
  • Assist with Customer orders on all aspects of delivery
  • Assist with driver requests
  • Assist with vehicle planning
  • Assist with customer quotations and daily ad-hoc pricing requests
  • Data entry/inputting and review
  • Review of customer emails, and sending work orders via email
  • Calculate daily/weekly mileage calculations
  • Ensure deliveries meet all of our customer requirements

Salary: £15,000.00 to £17,000.00 /year
