Repairs Estimator

Operating in 99 countries, we have 180,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity. We are looking for a Service Repairs Estimator to join our Head Office in Sheffield reporting to the Business Support Manager.

This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for identifying repair work opportunities, compiling quotations for repair works and progressing with customers to gain chargeable orders. Responsibilities will include: > Identify opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio > Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations in accordance with company BMS > Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability. > Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations received and understood > Manage and guide customer expectations on the companys services > Support the regional office service administration functions, including the call centre. > You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment where personal time management and ability to work to operational deadlines is key.
