Assured Recruit are currently working with a highly reputable, established and successful business based in Sheffield to recruit for a Customer Service/ Call Centre Advisor. If you hold great customer service or call centre experience then we would like to hear from you for this fantastic opportunity!
Main Purpose of Job:
You will be responsible for dealing with customer service call customers on a day-to-day basis and gathering and collating all information.
The position will consist of:
- Working within a team you will be dealing with all inbound calls from customers and clients, collecting and collating information, resolving low level complaints and general every day queries.
- Assessing customer requirements and offering products and services.
- To provide the customer with an excellent level of customer services at all times.
Call Centre experience is not essential, however you must hold the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team, manage own workload and work in a target driven environment.
- Understand and routinely deliver a high level of customer service.
- To work 40 hours per week to work (on a rotational shift pattern)
