GlobalTax are a firm of Accountants and Business Advisors based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, serving local areas such as Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham, as well as further afield. They specialise in personal and small business finance, from auditing, accountancy and tax and strategic planning.


  • Providing administrative supporting the Accountants and Business Advisors
  • Deal with walk in and phone queries from customers
  • Use a variety of IT packages including Microsoft Excel, SAGE plus bespoke software
  • Data Input and collating reports
  • Processing purchase and sales orders
  • Budgeting and Finance
  • Update social media and the website
  • General administrative duties as required

Skills & Qualities :

  • Excellent communicator
  • Flexible
  • Methodical with good attention to detail
  • An ability to work independently and as a team

Desired qualifications

  • Grade C or above in Maths, English and ICT (or equivalent)
  • Good ICT knowledge

Working week

  • Mon-Fri 9.30am - 4.00pm
  • Total hours per week: 30.00

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Salary: £3.50 /hour
