Legal Administrator

Company: North Solicitors Ltd    Location: Sheffield

An exciting and innovative law firm based in Sheffield city centre requires an experienced Legal Administrator. This important role will support the office in administration tasks and provide efficient and reliable administration support.

Your role will include:

  • Using the Case Management System to input client data
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Filing
  • Scanning and allocation of post received
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Archiving of closed files
  • General responsibility for the organisation of the document production room

You will have:

  • Experience in an administration environment
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional appearance and attitude to your work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and contribute ideas as the firm grows
