Body Shop Administrator

Duties include:
Handling paper work

Handling a high volume of customer calls including progress calls

Keeping the customer and insurance companies up to date with progress reports

Ensure compant targets and KPIs are achieved

Ensure communication channels are maintained internally and externally, ensuring a high standard of customer service
