(Criminal Justice and Adult Sex Workers Service)
Temporary for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave
22 hours per week
£28,090.76 per annum pro rata (actual £16,702.62)
We are looking to appoint an Operational Manager to manage a specialist service supporting adults with multiple and complex needs. These are currently our Adult Sex Workers Service and Community Rehabilitation Programme (female ex-offenders). You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team, motivating and supporting others, particularly in times of pressure
- To ensure the delivery of a complex, sensitive and sometimes controversial area of work
- Promote a positive image of our services and policies whilst creating and maintaining good working relationships with external partners
- To seek additional funding to enhance or extend service provision
Must have a degree in the appropriate discipline e.g. Degree in Social Work, Degree in Community Justice or Policing) or equivalent. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent management qualification is also required.
