Supporting the Senior Management Team with day to day business management including:
Management of a Finance Assistant
Monitoring accurate processing of sales, purchases, payroll, journals on SAGE Line 50 software
Processing bank reconciliations and bank payments
Monitoring cash flow
Supporting middle and senior managers with budgeting
Processing HMRC PAYE and VAT returns
Processing companies house returns
Working closely with Directors and company accountant to ensure the success of the business and close monitoring of profit and loss
Providing management reports on a monthly basis
Essential that the candidate has experience of SAGE. Level 4 AAT essential, CIMA or ACCA desirable.
