Job title: Appointments Clerk -Outpatients Department

Grade Band 2

Hours of work: 18 and 19 hours availible
worked between 8am 7 pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8am 1pm

We are looking for highly motivated and innovative individuals to support Directorates to deliver a first class service for our patients

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation/Trust that sees Quality as fundamental to its day-to-day business.

The successful candidate will work within the Outpatients Department supporting the delivery of the 18 week target, (RTT) and 2 week wait Cancer Targets.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in working as a team player. It would be advantageous to have experience working in an outpatient clinic environment but not essential as full training will be provided.
Good keyboard skills are essential and experience of using Microsoft Excel is desirable.
