To perform all duties associated with supporting credit and collections and the accounting department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reconcile cash receipts to general ledger postings.
Print, post and mail daily customer sales invoices.
Record debit and credit adjustments to customer accounts.
Process and reconcile vending machine transactions.
Return Credits & Refunds.
Copies of invoices.
Process credit card decline and CIA batch postings.
Printing credit applications as they are submitted
Printing all the required documents to be attached to the credit application, including email request from customer and sales rep
Retrieving the credit reports for the new and existing customers
Entering new account information on Credit Applications Log daily
Sending customer statements.
Assist in other department functions as required
Assist in various other office duties such as scanning, filing, answer customer service calls.
Project and demand oriented as defined by the objectives set forth in the quarterly reviews and measured based on consistently meeting objectives, completion on time, accuracy and neatness of work, etc. Productivity is measured in attention detail, comprehensiveness and timely completion of duties.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY:
Probationary Review A written evaluation of the employees performance in accounts receivable is performed to determine permanent employment, typically done approximately 80 days after employment.
Quarterly Evaluations A quarterly written assessment are issued, which briefly describes the individuals performance in this position.
Annual Reviews A more detailed review of the overall performance in this position, where the employee is rated and typically compensated in accordance with that rate.
Regular work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with a one hour lunch break.
The environment is an office setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. All employees are required to wear Radwear (apparel with company logo) at all times. Radwell ID Badge and access card must be worn at all times and Radwell Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A mathematics qualification is required
Prior Accounts experience desirable
