£28,090.76 per annum pro rata (actual £16,702.62)
12 Month Contract (Maternity Cover) - 22 hours per week
We are a dynamic organisation providing innovative and effective solutions for those with complex needs. We are a registered Housing Association providing accommodation, outreach support and a wide range of other support services. Supporting customers with mental ill health, learning disabilities, addictions and those who have been sexually exploited, or have been within the criminal justice system to live more fulfilled lives.
We are looking to appoint an Operational Manager to manage a specialist service supporting adults with multiple and complex needs. These are currently our Adult Sex Workers Service and Community Rehabilitation Programme (female ex-offenders). You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team, motivating and supporting others, particularly in times of pressure
- To ensure the delivery of a complex, sensitive and sometimes controversial area of work
- Promote a positive image of our services and policies whilst creating and maintaining good working relationships with external partners
- To seek additional funding to enhance or extend service provision
For this Operational Manager role, you have a degree in the appropriate discipline e.g. Degree in Social Work, Degree in Community Justice or Policing) or equivalent. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent management qualification is also required.
