We are currently seeking a professional HR/Payroll Generalist on behalf of our prestigious property agent who have a wide range of properties nationally. You will be based at their corporate head office supporting the Payroll Manager. Over the recent years they have expanded vastly and are continuing to do so. This role will consist of 50% HR and 50% Payroll.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Sat alongside the payroll department you will be working for the HR Manager, duties will include the following:
Attending welfare and disciplinary meetings and take minutes
Processing new starters and leavers
Handling contracts and recruitment processes
Have the ability to handle confidential information
Maintaining and updating personnel records
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
This position requires a relevant and proven career history. It is essential to have payroll experience such as calculations of NI, SSP, SMP and real time. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR/Payroll professional to join a company with traditional values.
