As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be part of a dedicated team, undertaking a key front line role, ensuring we continue to provide a best in class approach to a growing customer base and a service culture that excels at each and every level.
On a day to day basis, this will involve:
To predominantly offer customer service to DPD Local customers
Acting as a focal point for telephone and email enquiries and delivering a great customer experience
Responding to customer requests and booking collections onto our centralised system
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure actions have been effectively progressed
Providing a prompt and responsive service that fully reflects our outstanding reputation
Used to working in a customer focused and service driven environment, you must have:
High levels of energy, enthusiasm and self motivation, along with a strong team ethic
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, plus a confident telephone manner
A whatever it takes outlook and willingness to go that extra mile to exceed expectations
A fair degree of IT literacy and administrative ability, including PC/Data input skills
Any relevant customer service experience would be good, but is by no means essential
