We are currently recruiting an Education Manager to join us on a temporary bases due to maternity leave for 9-12 months to operate from our Stoke on Trent education facility.

Peak Education is part of Peak Activity Services Ltd (PAS Ltd) and an independent day school for young people with emotional, social and mental health needs. PAS Ltd supports young people aged 11-16 who for a range of reasons have been excluded from mainstream school by facilitating inclusive education using a bespoke package of academic learning and outdoor enrichment activities.
The company also provides outdoor activities, adventure and team building courses at centres near Stoke on Trent and throughout the Midlands and specialising in Duke of Edinburgh Expeditions across the UK. We make great use of company facilities to employ a wide range of outdoor activities to enrich our academic teaching.
Purpose of the Role
The successful applicant will work as part of a small team of Education Managers under the guidance of the Education Director to formulate and deliver a shared vision and strategic plan which inspire and motivate pupils, staff and all other members of the school community.
Youll be an important part of a network of staff striving to help young people develop the safe and positive relationships needed to rebuild their young lives, enabling them to build a positive and productive future.
