Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Commercial and as a key member of the senior management team you will have responsibility for maximising business growth, developing an innovative network of services and fares structures as well as network planning, route costing and scheduling efficiency.
Managing a team of network planners, schedules officers and a revenue analysis function, you will utilise the skills and experience available to you in order to drive the progress and work streams that are necessary in ensuring the targets of a busy and vibrant office are met.
You must be able to demonstrate a good track record in strategic commercial decision making, local authority and stakeholder relations and team management.
You will also need good analytical skills as you will be required to produce credible data for the purpose of proposing commercially sound initiatives and monitoring their impact.
Your interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in ensuring important stakeholder relationships are managed effectively as they will be crucial to the success of your department and the business.
Due to the responsibilities of the role you must hold a current Traffic Managers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) or be willing to work towards one.
This role is regional and will require travel between sites.
