My client is a huge not-for-profit sector organisation that are continuously growing and undergoing new projects and so are in need of some additional support. They are based in Wakefield and would like someone to start as soon as possible.
As an Accounts Assistant your duties will be working in a team of 6 completing general administration duties, receipting & allocation of daily cheque income, daily banking, reconciliation of cheques to bank, resolution of unallocated cash and dealing with client queries.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must:
Previously dealt with allocation of cash - essential
Knowledge of Oracle- desirable
Be immediately available or on a 1 weeks notice period - essential
Have a Finance background - essential
Good communication skills and work well within a team- essential
Have good attention to detail. essential
