Our Northern Quality Team have an exciting opportunity that could be located at our Warrington or Wakefield office, and will work across the two.

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you will consistently deliver excellent customer service. Working with our larger customers you will undertake risk management and decision making by coordinating external quality assurance processes in line with City & Guilds and regulatory requirements.

About The Role

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you will enjoy interacting with customers and providing top service by providing high quality risk management and administrative support. You will also be responsible for coordinating external quality assurance processes in line with City & Guilds requirements.

You will be the first point of contact for a broad range of quality assurance queries, providing the most appropriate solution. Managing customer data accuracy, maintaining files, processing approval applications and preparing reports whilst working to performance targets are key to this role, as is building partnerships and effective team working.

This role will be based at either our Warrington or Wakefield office, and you will be managing centres across all areas of Northern England. You will be part of the Northern Quality Team based across two locations; Warrington and Wakefield.
About You

Youll be an experienced administrator who thrives on being organised, juggling multiple priorities and working to challenging deadlines. You are a natural communicator and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Microsoft Excel is a key program youll be using, so its important you can use this proficiently.

Please note that this role involves a significant amount of risk analysis, decision making and subsequent word processing of Centre Activity Reports so you must be comfortable with using word processing software and be able to type at speed.
